Anchors are one of the primary reinforcement systems used in soil or rock masses. They belong to a group of geotechnical structures that stabilize the natural terrain behind the soil profile or retaining structure by transferring the tensile force (anchor head) into the soil in which they are installed. Depending on the geological conditions, there are anchors executed in loose soil or rock masses, and based on the activation of tensile force, they can be categorized as: active (prestressed anchors) and passive anchors (without prestressing). Additionally, anchors can be permanent, serving as a structural element in permanent construction, or temporary, for the temporary protection of construction pits. After drilling the borehole for anchor installation, depending on the reinforcement system element, anchors are divided into bar anchors or cable anchors.

We possess various technologies for drilling, installing, grouting, and tensioning anchors, which are applied based on the soil’s geological conditions and the project requirements, tailored to each individual project.
